Balls for Schools – Let the Game Begin – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize draw is organised by Football Lodge South West No. 10063, a Masonic Lodge under the United Grand Lodge of England.

The draw is run exclusively to raise funds for the charitable initiative Balls for Schools, with no personal profit or commercial gain.

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Members of Football Lodge South West and their immediate families are eligible to participate.

• Entrants must be able to make a qualifying donation using an accepted payment method (see Section 4).

• Employees, agents, or others directly involved in administering the draw are excluded from entry.

3. How to Enter

• Entries are gained by making a donation to the Balls for Schools initiative through the official Lodge website.

• There are two entry routes:

  • A monthly recurring donation of £5 (via Stripe): earns 1 entry per calendar month up to May 2026 (max. 12 entries).

  • A one-off donation of £5 (via Stripe): earns 1 entry, paid upfront.

• All qualifying donations must be received by 11:59pm on 31 May 2026.

⚠️ If a recurring donation is cancelled before completing all 12 payments, your entries may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed via Stripe, which supports:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay (on compatible devices)

All payment data is handled securely and in compliance with PCI-DSS and Stripe’s data protection policies. The Promoter does not store any card details.

• No cash alternatives are available.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Draw and Winner Notification

• The draw will take place at the Football Lodge South West Installation Meeting in June 2026.

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verifiable method.

• Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone within 14 days of the draw.

• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw.

7. Data Protection

• Your personal data is collected solely for the administration of the prize draw and delivery of prizes.

• Data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• No personal information will be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties outside the Lodge’s administration team or payment provider.

8. Publicity

• Winners may be invited (but are under no obligation) to participate in promotional publicity (e.g. social media or Lodge newsletter).

• Any such use will be subject to the winner’s prior consent.

9. Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed or incomplete entries due to technical faults, internet issues, or payment processing errors.

• The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the draw.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
